LOOKING FOR SERIOUS TEAM (ADC/JG Main)

Hi, I am a Silver 1 ADC/JG main and really want to join a good team. I want to be in an environment with communication and synergy. I have a massive ADC champ pool and an OK JG champ pool. I've been on a few teams in the past, but none of them were serious enough and wouldn't listen to my shotcalling.
