Plat 5 Mid/TOP LF team or Flex or Community!

I play Mid/Top and Support.

I am in Arizona and I have a full-time job so teams would have to practice at night. I am very interested in improving as a player. I typically spend 2 or so houses on it during the workweek.

my Champion Pool for Flex Q: Lissandra/Orianna/Ahri (I might be taking Ahri away)/ Poppy/irelia.

For Ranked teams, it can get bigger but I'm trying to focus on 3-5champions, mainly Lissandra and Orianna.
