Gold 5 ADC/Mid player

Hello, I am looking for some duo partners or a flex group to help me practice ADC! I'm recently coming off of being an Anivia OTP.... just trying to learn my other role. If I'm mid I play Anivia!

I don't have have a set schedule due to work. But I once was a decent ranking.... (Plat 5).... But currently just trying to play to improve! Pretty laid back. Want some constructive criticism from my DUO or Flex to help me improve. =')

Also would be interested in a weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions for ADC or MId position.
