Creating Tournament Team/Inviting Team To Server/Coaches and Analyst Welcome

I am making a team that is focused on improving and having a good time. To join the team you need to have a mic, be 18 or older, be Gold/Plat, and you must be able to play in the evening for several hour (we will set up a time when the team is full and we know when everyone can be online) you will also be expected to be online at the set time unless you have messaged someone with a reason as to why you will not be on. This team will take part in scrims that will probably happen on fridays and weekends. We are looking for Jungle, Support and Top as well as substitutes for each role. We are willing to set up multiple teams or even take in other team on our server for easy access to scrim set ups and quick communications between different teams allowing access to different strategy and play styles or even trading players from team to team if the need were to arise. For anyone interested in being a coach or analyst we will set you up with teams that want your help.
