Creating a team (EUNE - plat+)

Well since it's almost imposible to find a team on EUNE i'm gonna try creating one. There ofc are certain requirments and rules:

NO flaming, you have to be 18+ and have to be a plat player or higher and have to main at least 3 champions for the role you apply for .

With that our of the way i would like to fill this survey in case more of you apply, if you don't, that will make my job harder and i will give advantage to people who do it. Right now i'm searching for an adc and supp, since i'm the mid main and we have top and jungle too. Also if you join the team try to be online at least 3-4 day's a week.
