LF Coach for mostly plat team
Let me begin by clarifying, I am not on the team I only manage it. I am looking for a coach to get my team that consists of mostly plat players online tournament ready. Any form of compensation will depend on the tournaments the team enters and whether or not they win them. I prefer someone with prior experience coaching, and someone who is gold+. If you do not fall into those categories that is not an automatic rejection, just be prepared for additional questioning to prove to me you will be able to do what I am looking for. This team is part of an up and coming community and as the coach you will be too, that means interaction with the members of said community will be required at times. I will work alongside the coach to make sure the roster the players and whatever else fits the team's and the coach's needs. If you are interested please copy and paste the questionnaire at the bottom into the comment thread with the answers AND add me in game where I will have additional questions for you and we can discuss any questions you have and how everything will work
