JG looking for 5man serious ranked team

Main JG looking for 5man ranked team. Looking to get serious and climb the ranks. This is my first season been playing since Jan I'm b2 atm on the account and S4 on another account I made after. This account is my main though I'm getting out of bronze my goal is gold by the year on the year. I'm willing to listen and learn but looking for a serious mature team. I work Mon-Friday but can play most evening and weekends regular. I main with SEJ, XIN and REK. Ive been known to use a little HEC, Gragas, WW, Vollie, Master YI, EVE and a little Renekton jungle :).
