Looking for a 5v5 Team

Wanting to start a 5v5 team. I have always wondered what it would be like to start at the bottom and make it to the top and if you feel the same way lets play. I am currently Bronze 4 I have made it to Bronze 1 and then I end up with a bunch of scrubs and lose LP fast. I have never been in a Ranked 5v5 team. I main Jungle and as a secondary I can ADC or SUPP. I play at least a game a night (I have a full time job, a wife, and 2 kids) and I play Friday nights religiously.
