Looking for a ranked duo

I'm currently in bronze, which is a joke. I quit for a year and a half after hitting s1 and just recently came back to play now that I'm not working 75+ hours a week. But my buddy who taught me is plat so I have way more objective knowledge and better mechanics than others in my rank.

I'm looking for someone to duo with in order to climb out of this ignorance. I win my lane and am at the top of damage almost every game but people in this elo have no objective knowledge/awareness (or all in with a poke comp without weakening them first...) etc.

Idc what role you play, but don't play support. I got bot lane taken care of. I just need one other lane (or a good jg) to be able to carry with me. Communication is a key factor and I will add you on curse. My goal is to hit gold next season and between the pro guides, streams, and LCS/Worlds that I watch I'm confident that the knowledge i'm gaining will get me there.
