any coaches out there looking for a team to coach?

Currently silver 3 team, we just lost our adc so besides finding a new one we are ready to go. we have been playing with each other for about 4 months. We are going to be playing and streaming/recording a minimum of one online tournament per month as per requirements for a "sponsorship" from a local vape shop. We use teamspeak 3 to communicate and we play sunday monday and thursday 9pm to 12 am eastern time. We are not looking to pay for a coach or analyst, we are looking for someone who wants to help out a lower tiered team with potential and gain experience themself while doing so. please message me here or add me in game if interested
