D1 ADC Looking for serious team with challenger series goals and passion to improve

Hey, my name is vizui im a high diamond 1 adc, I am in the looking for a very serious masters / high diamond team to help me reach my goals. As is i would want your team to have a structure, coaching staff, a way to get scrims often, and a basically full roster. I also want to practice multiple times a week or almost as much as we can, both for improving individually and as a team.
