LFT Jungler looking for a team that has flexible schedule

I am currently bronze 3, peaked at G5 then elo decayed to S3 last season. I am looking for a team that has a flexible schedule as I work in the pacific time zone at closing time for my store 1-10PM usually with varying days. I am a realistically serious player that wants a team with the same mindset. Laid back but to the point and focused when it matters. I am an experimenter, I play picks that you dont necessarily see often but I play them extensively to make sure they can work correctly. Currently my better junglers are . I have also worked out a working strategies for as some of my experimental picks after a lot of dedicated hours to them (60-ish games with jax and kass each and 75+ with zed all in the jungle). I am a dedicated and loyal player, once im in I like to stay but only as long as the team is just as loyal with me. I take criticism extremely well as long as it is delivered in the correct manner. I also can shotcall if needed as I have some experience with that. Please feel free to message me or add me in game. I look forward to hearing from you :)
