Platinum IV solo-queue looking for ranked 5's team.

Hi there, my IGN name is HexiquE and as the title says, I'm looking for a ranked 5's team, as I'm interested in pursuing a more tactical game-play experience rather than the same old uncoordinated mishmash of the solo-queue world. I'm a platinum IV player, I main ADC, but I'm also a pretty strong jungler, yet I try to range my viable champions throughout all the roles, so I'm relatively comfortable with at least 2-3 champs in every position.
