Does anyone know how to play ranked anymore?

I'm currently a S2 support main (was gold last season) climbing back to gold and beyond. The problem with this is that I'm a support main, and I do not consistently get matched with competent players in ranked. I can't tell you how many vaynes I've played with recently who've fed the enemy ADC/supp in lane. It makes me sad to play this game. More than 50% of my matches are with noobs that have no business in ranked. I have a very wide champion pool. and I consistently have good KDA when my team isn't feeding their asses off. And honestly lately it's been 2, 3, or all 4 of my team that are feeding. I just want an ADC who knows how to lane, last hit and play aggro, which I do, without taking much harass. As well as knowing when to back off, Knows when to take objectives, Has good map awareness, Makes smart trades, Has great positioning in team fights, Plays more than 2 or 3 marksmen, Plays for the team and not to shine all by their lonesome.
