You should think to yourself what you could've done to prevent it. Not saying your fault but this is the mentality u need for solo/duo que. Instead of blaming them for doing bad think of what you can do to stop them from feeding or get something in return to make it somewhat worth even if its just a ward in the jungle after seeing jungle go top little things like that are gonna help you win. Also if your teamates seem like they don't know wtf they are doing try just typing out a certain thing you wish them to do.

Also I'm a adc main not sure what you play but msg me sometime and I might be up to duo.
