Looking for a team.

Hello, have been stuck in bronze for like 2 years and everytime I seem to break bronze and get into silver I just start losing in ranked. Bronze three here , I main with Lissandra as a top or mid, but I also main tahm or bard as a support. Just wanted to see if there is any other bronze teams out there or people that are in a similar predicament :p lol.
