Need a regular duo or more - Silver

I don't lose games where I duo w/ someone of equal skill level as me... so I'm looking for someone around the same skill (or better). The people I duo with play too infrequently for my tastes.

Currently S5, anywhere in silver is fine... just looking to ensure at least 2 players are not feeding in every game so that they are carryable :) You can check my match history, even in losses I'm usually positive and tend to only lose when 3-4 team mates are bad/feeding.
