Can anyone coach me to carry out of Bronze?

Hey, If anyone can coach me out of Bronze, Mid lane and Jungle please. My in game name is ItsMrDonut Currently just got demoted. Usually win lane, I do make my mistakes, but don't feed so hard. CS is usually 130 at 20:00 when playing mid, and 60 when playing jungle if fed jg cs is either 40 or 120. My KDA is usually 7/5/4 average ish And Win Loss is I'd say 50% cant go up or down when up I go down when down I go up.
