Can anyone coach me to carry out of Bronze?

Hey, If anyone can coach me out of Bronze, Adc.. My in game name is ItsMrDonut Currently just got demoted. Usually win lane, I do make my mistakes, but don't feed so hard. CS is usually low My KDA is usually 1.0 average ish (varies) And Win Loss is I'd say 50% cant go up or down when up I go down when down I go up.
