Silver 4 LF Duo

Looking for a duo partner who is willing to play at least 5-10 ranked solo que games a week and is at least from the rank of bronze 3-silver 1. I am Ranked silver 4 and main mid/support so idealy i would want someone who mains something other than these roles such as jungle/adc , top/jungle ect and is willing to use skype. It should be someone who is able to accept the fact that you are NOT going to win every game you play, and accept that as a fact of the game and play to improve yourself rather than improve your elo.
