Looking for chill group / team / community to join

I'm interested in joining a community that doesn't just have angry guys that trash talk in 90% of their games due to their high elo or their skill vs. the opponents skill. Casual play, sure, serious play, I can do but I'm not available 24/7, real life matters more than a game but it would be cool to find a group like this ^. I am also a Live streamer on Twitch. So any groups looking for people to broadcast their great work through streamers, let me know as well. I'd be glad to help.

P.S I'm just hoping you have a decent balance of male <-> female players. I like diversity among people. Not just a of dudes all arguing over irrelevant things. I have TS, and Raidcall, and my Skype is personal unless I know you well enough.
