Looking for a team to Climb to high silver / gold with from Bronze in ranked

I am a Silver 4 ADC / Jungle main from season 5, currently in bronze due to taking too much time off from the game and losing my touch. I am able to adapt to almost any position via Summoner's Rift. I have a wide champion pool, although not fully completed yet.

Feel free to add / message me in game in regards to training and practicing, or just in response to this! I have a reasonably flexible schedule to work with, so as long as you can be flexible too, we can make this work. Drop what rank you are and best champs you play in each role that you know best.

P.S: I have a great understanding on the basics already. just need a team to work with to rank. (CS, map awareness, jungle pressure, laning, etc.)
