G3 Top Lane main looking for Flex Team

I am currently G3 in flex and S1 in solo/duo, was gold last season. While im not playing solo/duo, i would like to play in a team with a group of people who are like minded as me like; being part of a tournament, climbing together and regular practice times. These are the champs i play; I want to grow as a player and i also feel its more fun playing in a team, so if you have what i am looking for and looking for a top laner definitely add me (when you do message me why you did so i know).
