My team is currently in search of a coach our team ranges from Silver-Plat and we currently play in an amateur esports league. We are looking for someone that would be able to watch over our games note our mistakes go over them with us, provide team comps, and other things to help us out. Hey man, it sounds to me like your looking for an analyst instead of a coach. While coaching goes over those attributes, they normally do a lot more than just focus on in-game tactics.
