Mirage itself is a eSports organization created around 2 years prior. It does have ownership over a Challenger LAN team with LAN professional players. Furthermore, it includes d3+ teams in both the NA and EU regions. It also includes a marketing team, video/graphic designers, fully designed website, complete staffing, and teams in various other competitive games. Mirage Academy is a bold initiative by the Mirage organization that is focusing on team and player development by creating an accelerated version of the usual competitive atmosphere. More information will be given out upon application acceptance.

Job Description

• Autonomy - Coaches of teams are being granted a large amount of freedom in how they are run, especially during the earlier phases.

• Responsibility Coaches are expected to RUN practices, control the team, and be the core of the support for it. (While you will gain additional support staff to assist you) - Your attendance to team events / practices is on a HIGHER priority than your players.

• Compensation Currently, Mirage Academy is starting with a commission based payment model. Furthermore, being Mirage is a investor-supported and Challenger level organization, steady payment should be expected down the line.
