Support Smurfing in silver - LF other SMURFS who want to rank upp (13-3 so far)

I'm 13-3 since I began playing my position again, and plan to keep that ratio up with other smurfs. I'm not looking for good silver players. I'm looking for players of my caliber that can garauntee wins 80+% of the time.

I am currently Silver 3, so around there obviously.
