previous team exp, all comms, prefer not Skype though (hate using Skype), previous casting and coaching exp as well. lots of knowledge. Looking for a team that will last for more than a week or 2 and wants to actually get better as a team instead of just saying nitpicking things and getting upset about it when the team is winning. Any new team will take weeks and months to actually start going smoothly.
