I just am on tilt

So im on some major tilt right now. Im by no means a pro. i belong in plat... i know. ive been playing league since season 2 this is my 5th acount and im done making new ones. i need some help for the next few days i really want gold before the season ends. but i cant rely on others in this elo and im not always the best. I was silver 3 yesterday and after 5 lossess i dropped and went down to silver 4 now at 0 LP when i win i gain about 12-14 LP when i lose, i lose about 18-24 LP. If anyone has some advice or looking to help please do.
