Looking for ranked duo partner and/or ranked team (Silver+)

I'm looking to take ranked games more serious and move up to Gold or beyond. I currently have above 2.5 kda on about 10 different champs, and a few are 3.5 or more. I keep running into intentional feeders and afks, which is bringing my kda down. I'm able to decently play every role and know how to win games.
