Looking for a team to practice with and play with for S6

I am 26 years old and have been playing LoL since release, I am a casual-hardcore player. I am looking for a team that can take losses and learn from them. I play 5-7pm est on weekdays and on weekends I play longer but at random times. WILLING TO DISCUSS A SCHEDULE. No ragers please!

I main Mid and currently working on my Azir. I also Top lane very well, but would like to stick to mid. I can fill any role and play any champion to a certain extent.

I am low ranked (B3 last I checked), because not having a team and friends to play with is terrible. I did not play many games in ranked this season. ~100 or so.

I AM LOOKING FOR A MENTOR(s) as well as a team, I want people to teach me and all of us to learn each other to better our game. I would prefer Silver-Plat players, but if you are nice and non ragers I can accept Bronze.
