Thinking about creating a team, looking for a support first. Ranked 5v5s
I'm thinking about trying to create a ranked team again, but I want to get my lane sorted out before looking for the other roles. If you can't tell I intend to ADC.
What I'm looking for in my team -
- Bronze - Gold , Rank means less to me than your average statistics do.
- Main the role that you're applying for. I'm going to be checking ranked stats on everyone to make sure you have sufficient amount of games played.
- Players age 18+ prefer 21+.
- Players who play solo/duo queue regularly to work on their game.
- Players who believe " By playing better myself I can make my team better."
- Players who are open to criticism. ( There is a difference between good criticism and bad criticism. Most people use bad criticism, this is not the case with me and if another player of the team is using bad criticism, it will be dealt with. No room for jerks. )
- Players who can play at minimum 3 days a week, for 4+ games. I'm looking to set up team days for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the evening.
- Players who have a large enough champion pool to be able to play against any lane they get put against. ( If you can only play 2-3 champions in your role well that's not enough. )
- I expect every player to play a sufficient amount of solo/duo que in their spare time. Also I expect the support to duo que with me regularly.
As I said I'm looking for a support player for the team FIRST. Meaning I won;t even start talking to people for other positions until I've found the support. I will make a new topic recruiting the other roles once a support is finalized.

6.What do you believe is your biggest strength (explain): Following up on plays and Communication. The two go well together especially when it comes to bot lane. Whether that be pings or typing, any form of communication is better than none. Following up also is huge. reading the enemy and knowing to trust and go in with your team matesis number 1 for me.
7.What do you believe is your biggest weakness (explain): Mana control. I usually spam in lane to get ahead and when the enemy jung ganks I have nothing to use. that is something I can fix but in the past has been a known issue
