Duo Bot looking for silver+ Team

We are a duo bot and we are looking for a silver+ team that has ACTIVE players. We would like 3 days of scheduled team "practice" per week, and to have team members that are online and are looking to duo, talk about comps, lcs the game in general, etc. We have played together off and on for about 2 years, so we have pretty good synergy.

I also have team management and coaching experience so I can bring more to the team than your average player (I do NOT want to manage the team myself but I can help the current captain/coach manage the team no problem)
