Looking for Silver Jungler, Mid, Top For Serious Ranked 5's
Hi everyone my IGN is Legit Camel I am currently a Silver IV ADC.
What im looking for: I am looking for committed players with lenient schedules, I have been on a few ranked teams and decided to start my own because seems like a lot of the players I was with just couldnt be on enough for us to play ranked regularly. I need people who can give and take criticism without taking it too harshly, we are all trying to learn as a team and as individual players, so if someone makes a mistake in game dont immediately point it out, take the situation as it is try and make the best call in the game and discuss things that happened good or bad afterwords. I want to have a schedule for us to have regular practices so if you could please tell me your work or school schedule that would help out a lot, practices will be required but I can understand if something comes up and you arent able to make practice, but I would like to be notified as soon as possible. Weekends we will have off for practice but once a month I would like to try and attend some online tournaments and see if we can get some free RP or other prizes, so if we could all take one weekend a month to play a tournament and the rest for fun that would be perfect.
My role on the team: I would like to serve as a captain and a coach, I watch a lot of LCS games and I spend hours thinking of strategies and watching footage of games I have played finding mistakes and good calls. If i fall behind in lane I dont let the way I feel burden the team, I try my best to keep making smart plays and look at the bigger picture or winning the game over lane.
Rules:
- I am the owner, and I will not have any player look down upon me because of rank, treat me and everyone else on the team with respect, I have fun and am a laid back guy but if you start to not listen I will be firm with you.
- You need to show up to practice regularly, if you cant make it to practice I need to know in advanced or immediately when the scheduled practice time starts. If a player doesnt show up to practice and doesnt tell me why before you will get 1 strike, 3 strikes and you will be removed from the team. I am fine with you being missing as long as you tell me so the rest of the team and I arent wasting our time waiting for you.

Why we should choose you for the team: I'm a great jungle and that's important, i ave tons of knowledge and am fun to play with. I could bring a lot to this team on and off the rift.

Weaknesses: Mentality issue (I get salty if my adc can't farm, positions badly, trolls, and play safe).
Strengths: Skillshots, Complete focus on target, snowball in laning phase
Hours/Days: 8-11 on Fri, Sat, Sun
Why should we choose you for the team: I'm willing be a team player and open to criticism. I have a decent focus on objectives and enemy targets.

Timezone: EST I can start play in the evening around 8pm - 9pm ET to about 2am - 3am pretty much everyday of the week. Except for certain occasions like family outings.
Age: 24
Strengths: I generally perform pretty well on an individual level and try to never be a burden on the team. Prefer to teamfight and poke but I can split push too.
Weaknesses: Sometimes I get tempted by the massive farm about to crash into the tower and don't show up to the teamfight.
Why we should choose you for the team: I really like this game and have been playing since pre-season 3 and am down to learn how to play as part of a team.

Weaknesses: When I get behind, I tend to be a bit overly passive, just trying to farm up without giving away too much.
Strengths: Don't give up a lead, and know how to push the most out of our advantages. I also never rage, so even if I get ganked a lot, I know I'm just like Dyrus, taking the heat off of the rest of my team.
Hours/Days you are available to play: I can play whenever, but I sleep in a lot, so I guess the afternoon, or late night would be best.
