looking for duo top or jungle

looking for a jungler or top laner to work with in ranked. around gold

while i could have definitely played better my last several games have been so depressing. either i get a jungler who doesnt leave the jungle and my whole team gets dumpstered by thier jungler who ganks every lane and still has more cs than ours, or i get a top laner who goes 1/7/0 in a 30 kill game on darius or 3/6/7 on gnar in a 50 kill game. again i can def do better than 12/10 or 7/8/1 in horribly one sided loses but would like someone else who around goldish to work with
