Looking for chill people to play with.

I was a Plat 2 at the beginning of S4 but went to Navy bootcamp and was elo decayed. I play pretty much daily, I use skype/curse. I would like to say I main ADC but I play all roles at a very respectable level. I'm looking for people to play with, preferably people of similar skill level and knowledge of the game that also use voice chat.
