Highly skilled Support, irritated with solo Q, looking for and ADC

I am a extremely skilled Support player. I have been playing for two years, and I average about 5 to 6 games daily. I main Bard and Thresh. I also play Leona, Braum, Janna and Nautilus. These are the supports that I am very comfortable with and extremely skilled at. As of recent, my Win/Loss ratio has dramatically fallen. My K.D.A has also fallen, but not as severely. Even when I lose, I tend to have an average of a 3.0+ kda. I have grown impatient with solo Q. Here's the breakdown. Some games I have a reliable ADC, and we dominate our lane. Some games I have an unreliable ADC, and we fail to dominate our lane. Depending on how my ADC is doing, I will decide to impact the map elsewhere early. I play with a duo partner that mains jungle and mid, but with the current meta he is playing a lot of AD assassins. Because of this, sometimes we lose late game due to a lack of cc and magic damage. However, we always win if I win in bot lane. So, we have come to the conclusion that in order to maintain a 70% win ratio like we did last season, it is time we adopt a reliable ADC. Now I'd love to play with an ADC who was at least platinum last season, because to be honest I play at at least a platinum level as support. However, because I have been stuck between Gold 4, and Silver 1, I do not expect to get any attention from a platinum level ADC, simply because of the MMR differential. Despite this, if you are a main ADC, and you meet the following criteria, please post on here and we can play together and decide from their if we want to continue playing together. I'm looking for an ADC who was at least high gold last season, and knows how to trade, when and how to freeze lane, does NOT type a lot in game (if your typing you aren't paying attention to the map enough), has excellent positioning, is patient when behind, and knows when to back and when to not back.
