Looking for a COACH/TEACHER

Hey, I just started playing league again (it's been roughly 4 months since I stopped) I went 8/2 for placements and got placed in B4 and then I rushed into games Playing like an idiot. I was hoping I could get a Coach to teach me how to play certain champs, tell me if my masteries are OK, and how to build each champ. Maybe also help teach my friend?
