##                                                C O M P E T I T I O N Do you want to compete? vVv Gaming hosts several events throughout the week to foster the competitive drive our community craves.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRifM1P0JAA Amateur Draft League (ADL): Every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday, vVv runs our Amateur Draft League! In this seasonal tournament of 2 months, players have the chance to play in 5s without the need of a consistent team. Not only do you get to compete, but this is also a great chance to improve and meet new summoners. The top 20 players at the end of the season all receive prizes! Key games are streamed and shoutcasted on our Twitch Community channel. Want to play? Community Teams: Tired of people committing but not following through? So are we. This is why we have each player go through a probationary period of 4 weeks to establish reliability and synergy with other players. Summoners who pass this period may be drafted by new captains or try out for existing teams. Teams vie for top place in our own Amateur Series! Each scrim played throughout the week is streamed and shoutcasted on our Twitch Community channel. Interested? Tournaments

This means we are in a continual state of growth as each member has their own value to add to the community. We deeply value the connections made between players and our community - to us the player comes first. What does that mean for you? Take a peek below!

Team interaction: When vVv sponsors teams, they often participate in our community as well. It isn’t unusual to see a team member in mumble, holding AMAs on our forums or participating in inhouses. Community night: Every Thursday and Saturday, vVv holds community nights for all divisions within the organization. These are simply fun nights to meet and play with all vVvers, no matter what game you play. Games played include but are not limited to iSketch and Cards Against Humanity. Inhouses: Custom 5v5 SR, ARAM with all community members? Yes please. LCS Viewing Parties: What’s better than cheering (or booing) teams on with your community? Staff Vs Community: Custom inhouses with one team composed of all staff members and the other of all community members. Who will win? Division Meetings: Every few months, we hold LoL division meetings. This is one of the best times to give feedback, ask questions or voice concerns. We encourage transparency and communication between staff and community members. We also hold Meet & Greets for new members or applicants before the meeting starts. Content Creation: Members create blogs, podcasts, streams, videos and more! Mumble: Our main voip is mumble. All of our events are hosted here, if you want to be involved this is the place to be! Been with vVv for quite a while now, and I can't see myself leaving any time soon. Having a community like this to push you forward and support you in any goals you feel like pursuing is an immeasurable value.

vVv has given me more than any other community has, from the chance to play on a team back in my Guild Wars 2 days, to the ability to stay on and learn other games, with a great group of people. If you want a community that gives back everything you are willing to put in, this is the place for you.

Been a part of vVv for over a year and I can honestly say it's been my funnest year playing league! I'm a 4 year veteran of the game at this point and the best times I've had were with the people from vVv. A bit over a year ago, just when I thought my passion for league was dying out, this organization brought it back.

vVv Gaming is an incredible place to be. LordJerith and the rest of the vVv staff taught me so many skills that I took with me to Ubisoft. Can't recommend this organization enough.

I've only been with vVv with a year so far, but it has been an amazing experience. I've been able to learn from exceptional people who cared not only about me as a player but also as a person. If you want to develop professionally - you can do it at vVv - and its something to put on your resume. My life has been radically changed in a great way by joining vVv. You get out as much as you put in to it - and all our members give back into our organization. Our community is also a place where you can share stories - share who you are and what you've done.

I used to bounce from "clan" to "clan" whenever things started to die or just wasn't for me anymore. I'd safely say vVv is my "forever home". It's a completely different experience being a part of a sponsored organization and community. To be able to interact with the teams we sponsor and have a winning face in eSports. It's simply amazing.

Forever homes for everyone! I've been with vVv for almost 2 years now, and I couldn't sum up what everyone above me said better. Coming from the MMO scene originally, it's so easy to just switch guilds when things go downhill or you don't think there is much more growth to have with the group of people you are playing with. vVv is found this weird way to keep you coming back for great conversation and competitive games with maybe the most diverse group of people I've ever met in my life. There are people here from all kinds of backgrounds and they all share their passion for gaming with each other each and every day. As someone who has been gaming since I can even remember, I would definitely recommend you come hang out with us a bit and get sucked in to the best gaming community you'll ever find.

Been playing with these folks for about 4 months now. I have met a ton of people on league that actually communicate and are easy to play with. These guys are cool and fun to work with. They always give good tips and aren't afraid to be honest with you. Love these guys like a fat kid loves cake!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been an applicant for about 3 months now and I couldn't be happier where it has lead me. I used to just play league by myself and some friends every so often. Once I applied to vVv I had so many people to play with I can't even count all of them. vVv has been like a home for me and I wouldn't have thought to apply anywhere else. I would rec commend vVv to anyone from just wanting to play with more people to increasing your skill. vVv is for everyone and don't be intimidated by the people here they are all kindhearted individuals and will welcome you right in. I am on my last week of being an app so I might get my vVv's soon and I could not be happier and I wouldn't trade these months for anything

I've been off and on with vVv Gaming for a few years now and it's always been a good time. Back in september Sundown who was the head of the league division at the time asked me to do some play by play casting for the Amateur Draft league sessions and honestly I haven't had more fun with a group of people in a long time. I gave the application process a good run and it really was not that bad. it's just having fun with the people you would normally do anyway. And after spending a weekend with some one them for pax east I'm definitely looking forward to it again

Hopefully not too late to put my two-cents in and shine some light on vVv. I was lucky enough to meet a few members that were part of the community in a random game, and shortly afterwards I was introduced to the community. Playing with any member that I've met has been a great experience. It amazed me how friendly everyone was as a whole, and the effort people put to try and include you or make your experience better. I've never really had trouble trying to find someone to play with from vVv, whether I'm looking to play a more competitive match, or a fun event they might be hosting. Either way my experience has been nothing but positive and it would be hard to recommend another community over vVv. If you might be interested I would definitely recommend checking what the community is all about!

I've been a member of vVv Gaming for a little over a year and I have to say I've never met a more dedicated community of gamers that I've been privileged enough to call family. I owe a lot of the eSports knowledge that I've gained over the past year to a lot of these guys and gals showing me that gaming has so much more to offer than just a leisurely hobby to pass the time. It has helped open a part of my life that I didn't think was even possible with the opportunity to help grow the community, not only as a vVv member, but as a staff member. Having that exposure in both the MMO scene with Guild Wars 2, and now the MOBA scene with League of Legends, has helped me realize that creating events and helping out fellow members and applicants is something I really enjoy doing, and I aim to someday take these skills and experiences I've been gaining with vVv to work in the eSports/gaming industry.

On a gaming level, finding people to play League with has never been an issue, there is always someone on Mumble to play with, whether it's Ranked Duos or just a regular Normals. There is such a diverse amount of players all with different ELOs and the greatest part is that everyone is always willing to help out or give advice to help improve your gameplay. Between the Amateur Draft League, community in-house matches, setting up ranked 5s teams, and all the other great resources vVv Gaming has to offer, I'm surprised you're still reading this and haven't stopped by our site to check us out yet! ^_^

Even being a Call of Duty player, the one other game I loved for its community and competitive drive has been league of legends. Hopping on mumble I always seen a number of players on chatting with each other, coaching each other, and teaming with each other over games of league and during ADL forget it lol its becomes packed full of diverse players with that drive to be better at the game! I love the LoL community and everyone who comes will feel the same way guaranteed :D

I have been with vVv for quite a few years now and I will have to agree with JayC. They have helped me grow so much in so many different ways that I will be forever grateful. They are like a second family to me. Sugarbear gives the best advice and has helped me in so many ways and I plan on being with them for a long time to come. I have learned so much about myself as a person and as a gamer.
