Making Plat 2+ Ranked 5's team

I've decided to take the time to make my own ranked 5's team verse trying to get on one or waiting for one. I have sufficient funds to provide a master tier+ coach. The purpose of this team is to bring together highly skilled individuals in order to practice and rehearse as a team. I'am willing to put forth 100% effort with this team in hopes of making it to challenger series, and i expect the same from everyone else. We will be using discord as a means of communication. Please do not just add me in game but post here so i can review everyone's information and profile. It would also be greatly appreciated to post your op.gg info as well. Please use the form below. Side note- i will be jungling for the team.
