Coach LFT

Hey guys. I have been a coach in the challenger scene for 3 years now, and I will have a lot of free time in the foreseeable future. I will be looking for lower than challenger level teams to coach. I am open to coaching more than one team at a time and actually prefer that! The reason I am looking to volunteer my time is that during this down time in my life I plan on producing content for the organization that I work for and my own personal branding.

A lot of you people feel that someone in gold cannot have ever coached in the challenger scene, so if you share these beliefs I am more than willing to providing you with credentials in the form of having players from that elo contact you or vice versa and verify me. :)

Some things you can expect from my coaching

• Accountability
• Learning competitive mindset and how to improve
• Learning how to work as a team
• The basics of macro and micro (I am more than willing to do advanced macro/micro coaching, however you guys obviously have to know the basics first.)
• An introduction to tactics and strategy
• Some individual coaching (Though this will not be the highlight of my coaching. I will do it more as a favor in my free time. My content will focus on how to improve and why team environments will help that.)
• Someone who cares about your development and will push you in a healthy way to your potential.

Things I expect

• Commitment to each other
• Drop the egos boys, I am here for your improvement not to call you out.
• Follow through with what I tell you guys to work on ( youll have to put time in to improve, and the more you put in the more you will improve. I cant do it for you I can just show you the road. :) )

If you guys are interested in this its completely free of charge. Just understand you may or may not end up on a youtube channel somewhere. Go ahead and add me in game and after I accept if I do not message you please send me a message. I get sidetracked pretty easily because I normally am doing things that aren't paying attention to league of legends client. :) Thanks guys!
