Looking for a team (mid bronze to mid silver)

I am looking for those ello players because I myself am not all that great. I have been getting better, dying less, warding all those niffty trick. BUT what I can't stand anymore is solo queing. I may not be a challenger but I'm not terrible. and I am soooo sick of playing with 4 people who wander around not doing anything, not capitalizing on situations, I.E map objective, towers and inhibs. I had a team who aced the other team and then wasted time backing to base instead of getting a free turret and inhib AND possibly a second inhib turret. Again I'm only in bronze 5, been stuck for a while. But I am a team player, I know when to follow and lead when needed. My team I want to start is called Winters Sorrow. If interested message me, or even add me. Honesltly I just start a team who can get along and when we suggest something in game we commit and not run around with out heads cut off. I don't have vent or any pc chat thing.. but if that is a deal breaker I'm sure I can DL one and figure it out.. thanks everything Winters Anxiety is my league name if that heplps at all
