Why is it so hard to create a team and keep it? Like every time I create a team or even join one, we do nothing at all.

Because it takes dedication from the manager to rotate out inactive members and to create a solid schedule. If you want to make a consistant ranked 5's team add me in game and i'll give you the tools to make a lasting team.
