Gold 3 looking for Gold or higher Duo

I play a lot and I mainly play him in Mid Lane and Jungle. I can do other roles as well but enjoy him the most. I'm wanting to climb as far as I can and just enjoy the game with a Duo partner.

Must have some type of communication voice program

My play times if there is nothing going on is from 3:30 or 4:00 to 8:30 or 9:00 in the evening Central US Time.

If things are going good I'm open to playing a bit later or longer.
