LF Diamond 2+ Players for a long term commitment team.

I am currently making a new organization called Tempus Sol Esports for diamond 2+ players looking to get into LCS. i have plenty of experience with start up organizations and failing organizations and how to fix them. I am looking for team managers, coaches, analysts, but most importantly, players. This is not a paid position at this time but** WILL** be in the near future. Currently looking for sponsorships and other types of revenue at the moment.

Player Requirements: Diamond 2+ (prefer D1 50LP+) Less than 500 games this season Can work as a team Ability to be coached- "refined" by coaches, not a necessity to meet certain expectations. Ability to adapt to the meta changes Be available for contact and practices and be punctual No attitude/toxicity to players or staff members

Coach Requirements: Preferably Diamond+ (i will accept less than diamond as long as you have the experience.) Preferably 9months-1year+ of experience Ability to refine players mentality to be able to work as a team Ability to refine players playstyle as it fits with the meta Ability to construct proper drafts for pick bans including knowing how to do the LCS style champ select

Team Manager Requirements: Scrim setups Strong interpersonal skills between players and staff 6months-1 year of experience

If you do not meet these requirements.....i will accept exceptions to this as long as you can prove your worth and determination to this organization
