Looking for Discord group to find decent Bronze/Silver ranked teams

I main support and was s4 last season, currently b3 after being demoted from b1 promos from terrible teams. I just want a community who works together, doesn't overly complain and know how to win games. I never thought it was a lot to ask for, my luck solo it seems it's impossible.
