S4 Plat Jungle (only rammus) 8th in the world for rammus games S3, currently S1

Looking for consistent duo partners that can hold up adc or mid, some type of hyper carry, currently stuck in the endless whirlpool known as silver. I can carry jungle hard as long as we have average players that can do their roles and also anticipate plays based on minimap movement and pings.

The problem lies when I get matched with unranked players and I'm in a promo and they go on to feed so hard; I start to wonder how the MMR system does that, I look up the players and they are new 30's and unranked, yet I get matched with people like that at critical junctures in the game.

Just looking for a few people that are competent and can carry adc or mid hard while I get you fed and keep up the jungle pressure.

Together we should be able to carry 3 tards if need be, to undeserved victory while we get out of this Rito induced hell known as silver/low gold.
