[Flawless eSports] LF Plat 3+ Mid lane for long term Ranked 5's team

Flawless eSports (@FlaweSports) is a new organization that has recently started. It is seeking to create a few competitive teams, starting with league of legends and eventually branching out to other games, as well as creating a community with consistent events. There are a lot of long term goals, but as for now I'll stick to the team rather than the organization.

We are looking for a middle lane player who has a good attitude, has teamspeak3 and a working microphone, preferably EST time zone (or can play from 6pm onwards most nights), and is a rating of platinum 3 or higher.
