Flawless eSports LF Coach for Diamond1 Ranked 5's team

Topic essentially says it, the more competitive we go the more we want to start building upon more than the 5 man roster to improve, growing the infrastructure as a whole.

We are all diamond plays with high game knowledge, but we feel a coach could push us to become a strong challenger team, as opposed to a high diamond/low challenger team.

I'm not going to put any specifications or criteria about what we're looking for in a coach, as I would like to speak with each coach 1 on 1 to get their views and opinions on their role, so we can gauge who we feel can impact us.

Our team is Diamond 1, with a W/L of 25-10 (17-4 with current roster), and our average play time is 7-11pm EST most evenings, schedule changes weekly depending on players work schedules.
