Plat 5 ADC LF Support

I'm a plat 5 adc main that is looking for a support to duo with and do placement's with on reset. My preferred supports are Janna, leo, thresh, sona, blitz. Not in order of pref. I need plat + only support that is chill as well as good. Don't have time for rage. Communication is a must. Add InsaneADC if interested.
