LF Plat + ADC smurf.

Hi I'm ADC main that carried to plat 3 and fell to plat 5. But what this is really about is I'm looking for a plat adc with a silver alt to duo with. I want to support to plat and see how fast I can do it. Please no silvers looking for a carry. If your interested please add my alt ouroboros23.
